UnSaltoInEuropa (European professional training addressed to all "Informagiovani" employment agency operators; April/ September 2007)
The project is aimed to develop professional skills according to European parameters and is addressed to "Informagiovani" employment agency operators of Avellino. It is supposed to last 320 hours, divided into lessons, laboratorial activities and attendance to cultural events (whose subject is linked to project matters).
In particular, it will deal with:
1. U.E history and institutions;
2. European laws about young people policies;
3. European networks in Europe according to UE "White Book";
4. Living and studying abroad in UE: opportunities for young people;
5. Young people European policies: Italian Youth Agency, Young People in Action Programme (2007/2013);
6. Voluntary apprenticeship in Europe: experiences from abroad.
Experts will take part to lessons; in particular, the project provides some lectures by "European Network Informative System Italian representatives" (Team Europe, Eurodesk, National Youth Programme Agency, European Voluntary Apprenticeship partners), or by Bologna University Alma Master Studiorum delegates. In addition, some experts from Young People European Forum, Campania Region board (general co-ordination area; young people regional forum area) and from Informagiovani operators coming from other Italian regions will be invited to the lessons.
The project will be articulated into three main parts:
1. Informagiovani systems analysis and comparisons, in order to find best formative devices;
2. practice of learned contents;
3. Results evaluating tests.
A final evaluating test will verify progresses in skills development and new skill acquisition.
